Teaching mothers and birth companions techniques for safe and satisfying birthing through guided imagery, visualization and special breathing.

You will learn:
• Techniques to deep relaxation and release fear.
• How your body is naturally design to conceive, nurture and birth your baby with easy and comfort
• How the mind and emotions affect the body
• How to prepare your birth plan
• How you and your birthing companion can create a birthing environment that is calm, serene and joyful.

Course is in 5 sessions of 2-½ hour class once a week.
